The Solstice project is a 44,000-square-meter mixed-use development in the heart of Riyadh’s
cultural district, located at the intersection of King Saud Road and Abdulaziz bin Jalawi Street,
where the original Saudi Airlines headquarters resided.
The Project will provide best-in-class serviced apartments to institutional executives,
corporate employees, and tourists, state-of-the-art office space, and a unique selection of food
& beverage and retail outlets.
The Project will include 314 units / 29,400 square meters of luxury serviced residential rental
